Why does the warranty depend on a certified installer?+
ComfortSeal makes the foam, and independent contractors certified by USAFoam, LLC install it. Both IAPMO evaluation reports require ComfortSeal to be installed by USAFoam-certified contractors (ER-974 Section 2.2, ER-975 Section 2.5), and spray foam is made on site, so the quality of the job is decided on installation day. Certified installation is how we know the foam went in to specification.
Does the warranty cover the installation work?+
