ComfortSeal 500 — Technical Data Sheet

Physical properties, fire test data, liquid component properties, and processing parameters for our 0.5 lb open cell system. Evaluation report ER-974. An inspector or specifier uses it to check the installed R-value, the ASTM E84 rating and the per-pass thickness limit against the submittal.

ComfortSeal HFO — Technical Data Sheet

Physical properties, fire test data, wind uplift data, and processing parameters for our 2 lb HFO closed cell system. Evaluation report ER-975. An inspector or specifier uses it to confirm the Class II vapor retarder rating, the 210 psf wind uplift figure and the per-pass thickness limit on a submittal.

ComfortSeal 500 — Evaluation Report ER-974

The IAPMO UES report behind our open cell code listing: thermal resistance, surface burning characteristics, thermal and ignition barrier compliance, and installation conditions. An inspector uses it to verify the code listing, the R-value at the installed thickness (Table 1) and the ignition or thermal barrier each space needs (Tables 4 and 5).

ER-974 also lists ComfortSeal 800, which is not offered under the ComfortSeal brand at this time.

ComfortSeal HFO — Evaluation Report ER-975

The IAPMO UES report behind our closed cell code listing: R-values by thickness, fire performance, attic and crawl space provisions, and conditions of use. An inspector uses it to verify the code listing, the R-value at the installed thickness (Table 1) and the conditions under which a service-only attic or crawl space needs no ignition barrier coating (Section 4.5.2.2).
