Both ComfortSeal products run 1:1 by volume, so your proportioner stays at the same A-to-B ratio whichever foam is on the truck. What changes is heat and pressure, and those numbers come straight from the data sheets.

What 1:1 means in practice
The A side and B side meter out in equal volumes, so your crew learns one mixing ratio for both products. When foam comes out off-ratio, the usual suspects are material temperature, a pressure imbalance or a supply problem, which is why the ranges above belong on every job-start checklist.
Why two products keep the rig simple
Two sets of drums, two sets of settings. When you change products on the same rig, reset heat and pressure to the new range, and remember the HFO data sheet says not to recirculate. Processing question mid-job? That's what technical support is for.

Why only two products?+
The lineup is deliberately simple: ComfortSeal 500 open cell for air sealing and sound control, and ComfortSeal HFO closed cell for the higher R-value per cavity depth of the two and vapor control. Two products cover every residential job.
Can I run both products through the same proportioner?+
Yes. Both are 1:1 by volume, so the ratio stays the same. The settings don't: ComfortSeal 500 processes at 1200–1350 psi with heater and hose at 125–130°F, while ComfortSeal HFO runs at 1200–1450 psi with heater and hose at 110–120°F and should not be recirculated. Reset heat and pressure when you change products.
Does the warranty cover my installation work?+
No. The limited lifetime warranty covers the foam, for the life of the home, and it depends on installation by a certified ComfortSeal installer.
